Trending Visuals – Media Day & Season Pass Terms and Conditions

By registering an athlete for a Trending Visuals Media Day event or purchasing a Season Pass, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Overview
Trending Visuals provides professional photography and media services including Media Day sessions and Season Pass coverage. Media Day services may include individual portraits, team images, posed athletic shots, and promotional-style content. Season Pass coverage may include live game photography, highlight images, and digital gallery delivery as outlined in the specific Season Pass offering.
Trending Visuals maintains full creative control over artistic direction, editing style, image selection, and final delivery. Participation does not guarantee any specific pose, moment, or number of images unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Payment Terms
All Media Day session fees and Season Pass purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Images, galleries, and products will not be delivered until payment has been received in full. Prices for future events or seasons are subject to change, but confirmed purchases will not be affected.

3. Refund Policy
Media Day Sessions: Media Day session fees are refundable if the registered athlete is unable to attend the scheduled Media Day event. Refund requests must be submitted prior to or within 24 hours of the scheduled event. No refund will be
issued once the athlete has participated in the Media Day session.

Season Pass Purchases:
Season Pass purchases may be eligible for a refund if:
- The athlete does not participate for the full season, and
- Trending Visuals is unable to meet the stated minimum photo delivery requirement for that Season Pass.
If the minimum image requirement is met, no refund will be issued regardless of playing time, injury, schedule changes, or missed games.If the minimum requirement is not met due to circumstances within the control of Trending Visuals, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Trending Visuals.

4. Licensing & Usage Notification
All photographs and media content created by Trending Visuals remain the intellectual property of Trending Visuals. Upon purchase, clients are granted a limited personal-use license. This license allows personal social media sharing, printing for personal use, and sharing with family and friends.
This license does not permit commercial resale, use by sponsors or businesses without written permission, alteration or heavy editing, or submission to media outlets for commercial purposes without written approval.
Trending Visuals reserves the right to use images and media captured during Media Day or Season Pass coverage for marketing, advertising, website display, social media promotion, and portfolio purposes. Written requests to opt out of promotional use must be submitted prior to participation.

5. Participation & Assumption of Risk
Athletic participation during Media Day or sporting events involves inherent physical risk. By registering, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that participation is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with athletic activity.
Trending Visuals is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation unless directly caused by gross negligence.
Athletes are responsible for bringing their own uniforms, equipment, and approved props unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability
Trending Visuals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property; missed photographic moments due to game flow or limited playing time; weather delays or venue limitations; or technical failures beyond reasonable control.

7. Agreement to Terms
By registering an athlete for a Trending Visuals Media Day event or purchasing a Season Pass, the parent or legal guardian confirms agreement to these Terms and Conditions
